The shortest queue will be shown by an interactive map of the ED.

According to the Center for E-Health, on the patient.gov.pl website you can check waiting times in hospital emergency departments. In the table or on the map, simply select an emergency department and the system will indicate how long you have to wait to be examined by a doctor. This information is provided by the departments on a regular basis. This allows you to find the department with the shortest waiting time.

On the interactive map throne, after clicking on a specific ED, its business card will open. Then, on the business card on the map or in the table, click "Check queues in the ED." Then you can see how long you have to wait to register, triage, and then contact a doctor.

E-Health Center reminds:

What color do you get after triage (urgency category):

  • red - top priority, or immediate contact with a doctor
  • Orange - high priority, waiting time after triage for the first contact with a doctor should be up to 10 minutes
  • Yellow - medium priority, waiting time after triage for the first contact with a doctor should be up to 60 minutes
  • Green - low priority, waiting time after triage for first contact with a doctor should bring up to 120 minutes
  • Blue - the lowest priority, the waiting time after triage for the first contact with a doctor should be up to 240 minutes.

If, during the triage, a medical professional determines that your condition does not require immediate medical attention (green or blue), he may refer you to primary health care (PHC) or night and holiday care. They will give you a medical segregation card (KSM).
