The National Health Fund has opened a customer service point at Warsaw Chopin Airport. On site, you can quickly and free of charge obtain the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), facilitating the use of medical care in the European Union, EFTA and Great Britain.

At the NFZ customer service point operating at the airport, you can obtain an EHIC card free of charge within a few minutes after confirming your entitlements. At the point you can also find out about the rules of treatment in the country you are traveling to.
– We consistently strive to be as close to our customers as possible. We already have a network of stationary service points in branches and delegations of the National Health Fund. Now we are opening up to new possibilities of reaching customers, hence the creation of a service point at the airport in Warsaw. For travelers, this means the possibility of obtaining an EHIC just before departure, even at the last minute - emphasizes Filip Nowak, president of the National Health Fund.
The point is located in the departures hall, in the upper part, near entrance C, by the security control area. You are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00.
