The Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tarification is beginning the process of re-collecting data on the salaries of people employed in medical entities that have a contract with the National Health Fund.

According to the Agency, the purpose of the collection is to obtain information on the value of salaries of employees of medical entities under all forms of employment, as well as to obtain data on the structure of employment by professional groups and categories of personnel. In addition, data are collected on the structure of revenues and costs of the activities carried out, as well as information on the average unit production costs of procedures carried out by the provider.
Deadlines
Salary data should be provided for the month of February 2024 and should include all employees, regardless of the form of employment, involved in the implementation of publicly funded benefits. In turn, financial information should refer to the periods: January - December 2023 and January - February 2024. In addition, entities obliged to apply the standard of cost accounting in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of October 26, 2020 on recommendations on the standard of cost accounting at health care providers (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2045) and having separate procedural centers, are obliged to submit average unit costs of the procedures performed for the period January - February 2024. The deadline for submission of data is April 10, 2024.
The data is collected through a dedicated application available at https://apprkp.aotm.gov.pl.
In order to facilitate the preparation of data for the entities, the Agency will organize online training from March 5-11, 2024 through the zoom platform, in order to apply for participation, a questionnaire must be completed by March 1, 2024.
