Employers of the Republic of Poland, as an organization that actively participates in the work on the amendment to the Act of May 26, 2022, amending the Act on the method of determining the lowest basic salary of certain employees employed in healthcare entities and certain other acts, appreciate and express their thanks for the work contributed to the creation of new systemic regulations.

Particularly noteworthy include recommendation currently adopted by the Ministry of Health on changing the method of financing healthcare services. Thanks to these solutions, service providers can effectively fulfill the provisions of the aforementioned act, allocating funds for long-awaited and fully deserved increases for employees of healthcare entities.
Employers of the Republic of Poland associate organizations associating the largest number of healthcare entities in their structure. They hope that all the problems and irregularities identified at this stage - both of a formal and legal and interpretative nature - related to the document in question will be discussed and resolved on an ongoing basis.
We are convinced that during the cyclical meetings of the Tripartite Team for Healthcare, we will be able to work out an appropriate course of action with the help of all partners - emphasize the Employers of the Republic of Poland.
They emphasize that they are in constant contact with the Ministry of Health, as well as the National Health Fund, and declare constant support for further activities on the development of an effective health care system, which always puts care for the quality of treatment and the patient's well-being first.
