The draft Ordinance of the Minister of Health amending the ordinance on guaranteed services in the field of primary health care was submitted for consultation.
Healthcare: changes in the cardiovascular disease prevention program

The proposed change is aimed at solving the problem related to the level of provision of services in the field of cardiovascular disease prevention and access to services. The concept of the service was developed by Team for changes in primary health care appointed by the ordinance of the Minister of Health of 8 July 2021. The tasks of the Team include:
1) preparation of the concept of changes concerning the operation of primary healthcare entities;
2) working out changes in the financing of primary healthcare services;
developing a mechanism for shaping the capitalization rate in relation to the rate of teleportation participation in all medical consultations.
The solution recommended by the Team for Changes in Primary Healthcare is:
1) expanding the group of people entitled to the benefit to include the population over 55 to 65;
2) facilitating access to services by enabling primary health care nurses to implement the ChUK program;
3) simplifying the conditions for implementing the program, including the eligibility criteria.
The above solutions will contribute to the expansion of the availability of services and thus the level of implementation of the benefits of the cardiovascular disease prevention program.
