There is an order on the division of responsibilities in the leadership of the Health Ministry - including four deputy ministers. Maciej Miłkowski is in charge of drug policy. Urszula Demkow takes responsibility for the development of medical personnel, Marek Kos for dialogue, and Wojciech Konieczny for international cooperation and crisis management, among other things.

It is clear from the order that the vast majority of duties - and therefore responsibilities - will rest with the Minister of Health. This can be seen, for example, in the division of supervision over departments. Izabela Leszczyna also supervises all institutions under the Ministry of Health, including medical schools.
According to the order, Secretary of State Wojciech Konieczny, among others:
- replaces the minister in his absence or temporary inability to perform his duties;
- Is a member of the Committee for European Affairs;
- Is chairman of the Minister's Crisis Management Team;
- Initiates, coordinates and supervises the performance of tasks by:
