- In the case of psychotropic drugs, we will certainly seek to limit or even ban prescriptions in this manner. On the other hand, we want to rationalize the market's operating model in such a way as to impose certain limits on the number of prescriptions issued per day by a single doctor," Health Minister Adam Niedzielski said on Radio Plus.
The changes will most likely be made by regulation. During its drafting, the health ministry wants to consult with the medical association.
- We are looking for solutions that will not throw the baby out with the bathwater. We want to prepare such a solution, which will be balanced and through which the comfort of use will be maintained, and on the other hand we will manage to limit certain activities," the minister said.
