Provincial action plan of the PRM system. There is a draft regulation

On January 1, 2023, the amendment to the Act of September 8, 2023 on State Medical Rescue entered into force, introduced by art. 3 point 1 lit. and the Act of November 16, 2022 amending the act on the professions of doctor and dentist and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 2770), which repeals point 5 in art. 21 sec. 1 of the Act of 8 September 2006 on the State Medical Rescue Service regarding the calculation of the costs of the operation of medical rescue teams. In the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 8, 2018 on the voivodship plan of action of the State Medical Rescue System (Journal of Laws, item 2154, as amended), there is a reference to the provisions of the regulation of the Minister that is no longer in force Health of 29 September 2011 on the detailed scope of data covered by the entry in the register of entities conducting medical activity and the detailed procedure for making entries, changes in the register and deletions from this register (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 325 , as amended).
Changes are made to the draft resulting from the repeal of Art. 21 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of September 8, 2006 on State Medical Rescue and legislative changes consisting in indicating in the explanations to the tables included in the annex to the amended regulation of the current regulation of the Minister of Health of March 29, 2019 on the detailed scope of data covered by the entry in register of entities performing medical activity and a detailed procedure for making entries, changes in the register and deletions from this register (Journal of Laws, item 605), in place of the repealed Regulation of the Minister of Health of 29 September 2011 on the detailed scope of data covered by the entry in the register of entities performing medical activity and the detailed procedure for making entries, changes in the register and deletions from this register.
