In connection with the entry into force of the Act of May 26, 2022 amending the Act on the method of determining the lowest basic salary of certain employees employed in healthcare entities and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of item 1352), there was an increase in salaries healthcare workers.
The entry into force of the aforementioned act means that each person managing a medical facility must increase the remuneration of his employees to the level provided for by this legal act.
In order to provide healthcare providers with funds to increase wages, it is necessary to increase the valuation of healthcare services implemented under the pilot program in the field of coordinated medical care for patients with neurofibromatosis and related racopathies.
Therefore, the draft amendments assume a new wording to § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of June 15, 2020 on a pilot program for coordinated medical care for patients with neurofibromatosis and related rasopathies (Journal of Laws, item 1185) and an increase in the valuation the services specified therein, i.e. first-time advice, comprehensive advice, monitoring advice, urgent advice, comprehensive specialist consultation as part of comprehensive advice or monitoring advice (type I - implementation of 1–3 specialist consultations, type II - performance of 4-6 specialist consultations, type III - over 6 specialist consultations) and a monthly lump sum for care coordination.
