There is a new director of the eHealth Center

Jaroslaw Sot is an experienced manager with more than 20 years of professional experience in both the healthcare, banking and insurance sectors. He specializes in managing complex organizations, building growth strategies and optimizing operational processes.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in finance and banking. He also completed an Executive MBA in health care, jointly implemented by the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw Medical University from 2023 to 2025. He also developed his competencies through international management programs, including Harvard Business School Publishing.

He began his career at Bank Handlowy as a credit specialist. Then for many years he was associated with Fortis Bank Polska (later BNP Paribas Bank Polska), where he held successive analytical and managerial positions, reaching the position of Sales Director and Regional Director. From 2016 to 2017, he was Managing Director of the Retail and Business Banking Division at BGŻ BNP Paribas Bank Polska. At that time, he was responsible for the transformation of the entire area and the management of an extensive sales network involving several hundred branches and thousands of employees.

The next step was the insurance industry. As director of the Insurance Sales Division at TU Europa, he was responsible for the development of sales strategies and cooperation with business partners.

Since 2019, Jaroslaw Sot has been involved in the medical sector. At MIRAI Clinic, as co-founder of the facility, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing, member of the Board of Directors, and later as Managing Director and Vice President of the Board of Directors. He was responsible for the comprehensive management of the hospital's operations, contributing to the dynamic growth of revenues and patient numbers, the development of the medical offer and the improvement of operational processes.

From 2024 to 2025, he was director of the Center Hospital at Enel-Med. He then took the position of director of St. Elizabeth's Hospital within the structures of LUX MED Oncology, where he managed a multispecialty hospital and a team of several hundred specialists. He was responsible for operational efficiency, the quality of medical services and the achievement of financial and contractual goals.
