Hemophilia is a disease that is perfectly treatable, but any problems with the continuity of this treatment, including its financing, can significantly threaten the life, health and safety of patients. Current financing solutions provide patients with constant access to life-saving drugs. Thanks to the National Program for the Treatment of Patients with Hemophilia and Related Hemorrhagic Diseases, we have one of the best hemophilia treatment systems in Europe in Poland; it is important that this system works and is constantly optimized - said Bogdan Gajewski, president of the Polish Association of Patients with Hemophilia, during the conference "The future of hemophilia treatment in Poland" on November 8, 2022 - Thanks to drugs and prophylaxis, patients can lead a normal life.
