How to survive the mushroom season?

The vast majority of mushrooms are not edible, but neither are they poisonous. However, relying on folk ways to identify dangerous species can end tragically. We spoke with Dr. Michał Sutkowski, president-elect of the College of Family Physicians in Poland and associate dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Development at Lazarski University, about the facts and myths of mushroom picking and preparation.
