AOTMiT: Transparency Council meeting - update

The agenda includes:

1. Preparation of a position paper on the qualification of the healthcare benefit testing anti-IA2 (tyrosine phosphatase-protein antibody) - antibodies against tyrosine phosphatase in the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes in children and adults, and anti-ZnT8 (zinc transporter 8) - antibodies against zinc transporter protein 8 in the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes in children and adults.
2. Prepare a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Cabometyx (cabozantinibum) for the indications: unresectable or metastatic, well-differentiated extra-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (epNET); unresectable or metastatic, well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET).
3. Prepare a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Iqirvo (elafibranor) under the drug program "Treatment of patients with primary cholangitis (PBC) (ICD-10: K74.3).
4. Preparation of a position paper on the examination of the appropriateness of issuing approvals for the reimbursement of the medicinal product Folinate for the following indications: congenital toxoplasmosis; ocular toxoplasmosis; central nervous system toxoplasmosis in the course of HIV infection; hyperhomocysteinemia associated with congenital metabolic defects (including cobalamin C deficiency, methionine synthase deficiency, methionine synthase reductase deficiency); cerebral folic acid deficiency.
5. Preparation of a position paper to examine the appropriateness of issuing reimbursement approvals for the medicinal product Ogsiveo (nirogacestat) for the indication: treatment of pediatric patients with progressive desmoid tumors refractory to other lines of treatment and ineligible for surgery.
6. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of amendments to the drug program "Treatment of patients with renal cell carcinoma (ICD-10: C64)" and the annexes to the chemotherapy catalog for the active substances axitinib, everolimus, pazopanib, sunitinib, sorafenib.
7. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "Rehabilitation program for residents of the municipality of Brochow 2026 - 2029".
8. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "Program for the prevention of postural defects in children for 2026-2028" (Kwidzyn municipality).
9. Preparation of an opinion on the legitimacy of amendments to the drug program B.6. "Treatment of patients with lung cancer (ICD-10: C34) and pleural mesothelioma (ICD-10: C45)".
10. Preparation of opinion on reimbursement of active substances: - pembrolizumab in monotherapy, - atezolizumab in monotherapy, - cemiplimab in monotherapy, - pembrolizumab (in combination with pemetrexed and a platinum derivative), - pembrolizumab (in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin), - cemiplimab (in combination with platinum compound-based chemotherapy), - nivolumab (in combination with ipilimumab and platinum compound-based chemotherapy), - durvalumab (in combination with tremelimumab and platinum compound-based chemotherapy), - tislelizumab (in combination with platinum compound-based chemotherapy), - tislelizumab (in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin), - atezolizumab in monotherapy, for an off-label indication: reapplication of immunotherapy after immunotherapy as part of radical treatment (immunotherapy or immunochemotherapy combined with surgical treatment, treatment or immunotherapy consolidating counseling and chemotherapy), under drug program B.6
