MZ: Change in the Economic Commission

One representative of the National Health Fund, Richard Stypa, was missing from the latest composition of the Economic Commission.

• Deputy Chairman of the Economic Commission: Joanna Kilkowska
• Secretary of the Economic Commission: Krzysztof Urban

The Economic Commission is a team that conducts price negotiations with applicants for reimbursement of drugs, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices. The Commission, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Law of May 12, 2011 on the Reimbursement of Drugs, Foodstuffs for Special Nutritional Purposes and Medical Devices, has 20 members, including 14 representatives of the Ministry of Health and six representatives of the President of the National Health Fund.
