The Vaccine Forum brings together experts in immunization, bioethics, media, and public health to discuss the latest developments, research and future challenges related to immunization and social responsibility in the broadest possible scientific perspective.
Experts stress that Poland still lacks a broad public debate on vaccinations not only for children, but also for adults and not only related to counteracting coronavirus, for example. Statistics show that the population vaccination rate against influenza is falling. Thus, we constantly need to include public education and prevention among the most important health issues, keeping in mind that adult vaccination is an extremely important factor in public health. While we expect a better functioning health care system, we must not forget that everyone, including patients, is part of it. The Vaccine Forum will provide an opportunity to address the most important threads of current vaccination issues.
The program of the third edition of the Vaccine Forum will feature debates on:
- Impact of artificial intelligence on vaccination promotion
- Calendar of vaccinations and immunoprophylaxis
- Health promotion and prevention in the workplace
- Effective dialogue with patients
For the third time, Vaccine Forum awards will also be presented for, among others, a health promoter/promoter or a public institution working to spread awareness of vaccination and preventive health care.
