The Emergency Medical Center is equipped with a specially designed disinfection sluice, a control room, social rooms for rescuers and a large training room. An important part of the investment is the construction of a covered parking lot.

- Its absence until now in extemporaneous situations, such as snowfall, caused many problems. This is because the rescuers had to keep vehicles on standby all the time," says Jaroslaw Kycia, director of the Bochnia County Hospital.

The investment of more than PLN 2 million is expected to improve the operation of the emergency medical system, as well as the working conditions of rescuers.

- You are the people who actually bring help to the other person, on the front line. You are the ones who fight for human health and life every day. On behalf of the people of Bochnia, I thank you for this," emphasized Bochnia starost Adam Korta.
