The National Council of Physiotherapists held the first meeting of the Ad Hoc Team for Nursing Homes. The team leaned into the problems most frequently reported by physiotherapists working in nursing homes.
The ad hoc Team for Nursing Homes has begun its work

The team was formed in response to problems and demands raised by the physiotherapist community. The members of the team were appointed by the president of the NCF. They are four people who are employees of Nursing Homes and four people who are members of the National Council of Physiotherapists.
The team aims to develop recommendations on: defining and standardizing the scope of physiotherapists' duties; equalizing working time standards; making salary levels realistic; and adjusting staffing levels to the number of residents requiring rehabilitation.
