In accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 8, 2017 on the manner of determining the lowest basic remuneration of certain employees working in medical entities, as of July 1, 2023 , the remuneration of doctors and dentists in postgraduate internship should be raised to PLN 6,029, i.e. to an amount corresponding to the product of the work factor for a doctor in training and a dentist in training of 0.95 and the amount of the average gross monthly salary in the national economy in 2022. in the amount of PLN 6,346.15, announced in the Announcement of the President of the Central Statistical Office of February 9, 2023 on the average salary in the national economy in 2022 (M.P. of 2023, item 171).
Pursuant to Article 15i (4) of the Act of December 5, 1996 on the professions of physician and dentist (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1731, 1733, 2731 and 2770), it is announced that:
1) until June 30, 2023, the basic monthly salary for a doctor in training and a dentist in training is PLN 5,380;
2) as of July 1, 2023, the basic monthly salary for a doctor in training and a dentist in training is PLN 6,029.
