The Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Warsaw lost power as a result of a power grid failure. The entire clinic was left without electricity on Wednesday, except in the areas equipped with emergency power supply from power generators.

“Due to a failure on the municipal power grid, the entire Central Clinical Hospital is currently not supplied with electricity, except for the areas that are powered by aggregates. The probable cause of the power failure is damage to the municipal 15 kV network ", we read in a release published on the CSK MUW website.
The hospital authorities ensure that the failure was caused by external causes. As the E.ON press office informed in an interview with TVN Warszawa, the cable was damaged. The power supply at the hospital has now been restored.
