MZ: Two new groups of people entitled to free treatment

Introduction of codes allowing the identification of new groups of people who have obtained the right to use health care services financed from public funds.
The need to reflect in the codes used to identify the right to use health care services financed from public funds, two new legal bases resulting from:
1) art. 2 clause 1 point 3 lit. c of the Act of 27 August 2004 on health care benefits financed from public funds, according to which the right to health care benefits is granted to survivor's pension recipients who are under 18 years of age, if they reside in the territory of a European Union Member State or a member state of the European Free Trade Association or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and do not have the status of an insured person or cannot benefit from benefits as persons under the age of 18 with Polish citizenship;
2) art. 37 sec. 1b of the Act of 12 March 2022 on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that state (Journal of Laws, item 583, as amended), according to which the right to healthcare services financed from public funds have people who have been injured as a result of hostilities conducted in the territory of Ukraine and who have been transported to the territory of the Republic of Poland in order to provide healthcare services, who do not meet the conditions referred to in art. 2 and not eligible for healthcare services financed from public funds on the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of other regulations or international agreements.
