We will need each other

In the first days of the war, we opened our borders and hearts. Today we know that this is a marathon, not a sprint. We know that Ruthenian trolls work, and native useful idiots do not help. We have already dealt with the fact that "Polish mother is worse off", "they will take our jobs", "they came with better cars than ours" and that "they ride the bus for free". The labor market is free - when they work better, they will take it away. Some have better cars, others have worse cars. Society is not a homogenized cottage cheese that everyone is the same. And no one in Poland is worse, because we don't have bombs falling. And you cannot skimp on good treatment neither to the poor, nor the rich, nor the strangers, nor your own. If someone wants to argue us, it's the subject of the story about the fact that God forbid someone always works better than you.

Now that we know this, we can move on to the next point, which is how to get it further.

In the company, such time for implementation and familiarization is called "onboarding". The new one gets a head start and a soft introduction, but then the new one becomes part of the team. This is exactly the way ahead. We are equal. Not better and no worse, just equal. We play on the same rules. If the green light means "go", it applies to everyone.

The minister canceled COVID-19, but we have double-digit inflation, too little investment, falling exports. The economy is such a mill wheel. Works when water is flowing. When the water is standing still - it doesn't work. That is why it needs to flow briskly. It will not flow from fear. Simple.

Therefore, together with Ukrainians in Poland, we have to deal with it. You will say: they are only mothers with children and old ladies. Mothers brought up in the world of patriarchy are extremely lost. Maybe it looks like that, but remember that Ukrainians are at least as brave as we are. They are very honorable and hardworking people. When they recover from trauma, they feel safer and want to stand on their feet.

Joint action, professional activation is a great chance for us to go through all the adversities that are attacking us together. We are like family. If you are sick, we will admit you to hospitals as our own (i.e. there may be a queue, but we try). If you want to work in your profession, we invite you - however, some professions have requirements and neither a Pole nor anyone else will be accepted without them. For example, a doctor without the knowledge of the language is like a car without gas, so we invite you - if you can even out the differences. And it's not "Sparta" at all. It's just the way it works. We rebuilt Warsaw in this way, we stood on our feet after, after all, living under the hands of the Soviet Union. This is how we can do it now and after the "honeymoon", we will be a good, understanding marriage. Thus, "tame", that is, give, like a good parent, tools for (in the long run) independent life. It's a responsibility that brings a lot of good to both sides.
