"Once again, this nationally unique event will bring together medical professionals from the country and the world to discuss the availability and treatment options for medical marijuana in Poland.
Prominent experts - medical practitioners - will share their knowledge on the use of cannabinoids in, among other things, palliative treatment, rheumatological diseases, neurodegenerative diseases of the elderly and many others.
During the lectures, we will answer the question - why do we need cannabis therapies, through the analysis of clinical trials, and talk about the current situation regarding the prescribing of narcotics in light of recent regulatory changes.
Every year we host foreign experts from countries with advanced cannabis market development - this year the inaugural lecture will be given by a specialist from Isreal - Dr. Silviu Brill of the Tel Aviv Pain Institute.
The lecture modules will culminate in an expert debate "Controversy and progress around medical marijuana" moderated by journalist Agata Mlynarska. During the debate, we will learn the opinions of various communities: medical, patient, political and business on the availability of the therapy in our country.
