The mango fruit is famous for its juiciness and sweetness, a feast for the taste buds. And everyone knows that, right? Meanwhile, a real vitamin bomb - for the skin! - is his seed. The cold-pressed butter obtained from it is a real remedy for dry, irritated and dull skin.
Mango butter - a vitamin bomb for the skin
Mango butter contains vitamins A, C, E and K. The first three are the so-called "vitamins of youth", which support the synthesis of collagen and accelerate the regeneration of the epidermis, moisturize and brighten, while vitamin K has an anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, it is also worth mentioning the content of vitamins B1, B2, and B12 and polyphenols. The latter are organic compounds with strong antioxidant properties that protect the skin from damage, stimulate repair processes and even out skin tone. When it comes to fats, mango butter consists of up to 50% of oleic acid, i.e. omega 9 unsaturated fatty acid, which strengthens the hydrolipid barrier of the skin, protecting it from external factors and ensuring its proper hydration.
Mango butter - care properties
Mango butter not only perfectly moisturizes, oils and retains water, but also accelerates wound healing and soothes irritations. It will be perfect in the fight against dry skin, acne lesions, stretch marks or damaged epidermis. It is also gentle enough to be used by people with skin problems, e.g. atopic dermatitis, and effective enough to slow down the aging process. Importantly, it does not cause allergies and does not irritate even sensitive and atopic skin. Therefore, they are most often used in creams and lotions with moisturizing and soothing properties.
BOTANICAL CARE
Cold-pressed mango seed butter is the basis for formulas of cosmetics from the Botanic Origin line of the Ideepharm Dermocosmetics Institute - a nourishing body lotion and a nourishing hand cream. Their compositions also include shea butter, which has a nourishing, soothing and firming effect, and avocado oil that nourishes. In addition, D-panthenol accelerates skin regeneration, and allantoin strongly moisturizes and soothes the skin. Regularly applied balm will provide the skin with comprehensive regeneration, make it firm and elastic, as well as intensively moisturize and smooth it. On the other hand, caring for your hands with the help of a hand cream with mango butter will result in effective hydration, alleviation of irritation, regeneration, elimination of dryness and roughness, and protection against external factors.
