A special plane flew from the Rzeszów-Jasionka airport today (December 28), which took Ukrainian patients for treatment to other European countries. The medical hub operating there is ready for the increased influx of people from Ukraine in need of treatment, assured the Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski.

Medevac Hub is funded under the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. Its operation is part of the medical evacuation program for patients from Ukraine. The transit center at the airport in Jasionka will be led by the medical rescue team of the Polish Center for International Aid.
