Draft regulations on alcohol treatment. Diagnosticians make comments

"Justifying the proposed changes in the draft, the National Council of Laboratory Diagnosticians points out that risky and harmful alcohol consumption or the use of psychoactive substances is not only related to current disorders and the impact on the patient's environment. It is also related to the possible development of diseases directly related to the substances taken. Adequate early diagnosis, including with special attention to laboratory medicine tests and their appropriate matching in consultation between a physician and a laboratory diagnostician specialized in laboratory medicine, can have a positive effect, bearing in mind the public health aspects and the cost-intensity of medical procedures associated with the late diagnosis of these diseases," reads the document compiled by KIDL.
Below we publish a list of the amendments submitted by the House:
The National Council of Laboratory Diagnosticians presents the following proposed amendments to the draft regulation in question.

In § 3, a related provision should be added to the new item added to § 2, which reads:

In § 5- 8, the following points should be added:
"... diagnosis and prevention of diseases related to risky and harmful alcohol consumption or psychoactive substance use;".
In § 12w(2), add a new item, e.g. as item 1a, which reads:
