Refund: Changes to the Economic Commission

The Economic Commission was joined by representatives of the Health Ministry Sylwia Kacprzykowska, Katarzyna Klimkowska, Lukasz Kucharenko, Pawel Tobiaszewski.

The Economic Commission is a team that conducts price negotiations with applicants for reimbursement of drugs, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices. The Commission, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Law of May 12, 2011 on the Reimbursement of Drugs, Foodstuffs for Special Nutritional Purposes and Medical Devices, has 20 members, including 14 representatives of the Ministry of Health and six representatives of the President of the National Health Fund.
