What was 2023 like for health care? Let's look at it from the point of view of the system, legislation, but most importantly patients.
I may respond with what patients told me at all the meetings in 14 provinces in Poland. They said it's hopeless, that they stand in lines, that they can't get into hospitals, that they don't have money for private health care, that they often sell various things to go privately to the doctor, because at the public doctor's they have to stand in line for a long time.
According to the sick, it's bad and it's never been this bad.
