"The recipes are full of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our latest e-book is a suggestion for anyone who wants to eat healthy and change their eating habits to healthier ones," reads the NFZ website.
The dishes in the e-book are simple to prepare. The authors also took care of practical information, such as the time needed to prepare the meals and their caloric content. All recipes were developed by nutritionists. They recommend healthy breakfasts using pumpkin, plums or apples, appetizing snacks, warming soups, filling dinners and salads full of colorful seasonal vegetables.
"All recipes are balanced, providing plenty of vitamins, minerals and fiber. What's more, they contain flavorful spices to reduce salt," NFZ argues.
A new DASH Osteoporosis diet plan has been developed for those who want to take care of their bone health. The menu includes balanced meals that support the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. The plan is free of charge. The recipes are rich in calcium and vitamin D, which help maintain healthy and strong bones.
